According to Prof. Ichita Shimoda, one of the key points to add is confirming Oc Eo culture as the foundation of the Funan kingdom, helping UNESCO recognize the heritage value through archaeological remains.

The Japanese expert also noted that the province should supplement detailed maps for each area instead of just using aerial photos to meet strict evaluation standards.

Regarding comparative analysis, Prof. Shimoda suggested the file should compare with other Oc Eo culture sites in the Mekong Delta, and explain why Oc Eo - Ba The sites were chosen. This would clarify "integrity" and confirm "Outstanding Universal Value", addressing potential ICOMOS concerns.
