On April 07, at Thoai Ngoc Hau Square, the Party Committee, competent authorities and people of Thoai Son district solemnly opened the 24th Traditional Cultural Festival in 2025; on the occasion of commemorating the 196th anniversary of the passing of death of Famous Mandarin Thoai Ngoc Hau (1829 - 2025).
