According to the Department of Education and Training, the total number of candidates registered for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam is 21,261. Of which, 20,767 candidates registered for the 2018 general education program and 494 candidates registered for the 2006 general education program. It is expected that the whole province will have 48 official exam sites and 1 backup exam site, with 1,053 exam rooms (an increase of 2 exam sites compared to 2024).

For the 2025-2026 school year entrance exam, the province plans to arrange 47 examination councils and 931 examination rooms. There are 4 combined examination councils and 2 councils with 2 examination sites. The enrollment target for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year is 19,490 candidates.
