As of May 8, 2025, 10 provinces and cities have registered to participate, including: Hoa Binh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Vinh Long, Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh... with 297 booths. Particularly, localities of the Kingdom of Cambodia also confirmed that they have 10 booths participating. 

This year's fair has many new features, such as: Designing cherry blossom miniatures for visitors to take photos; organizing a conference to connect trade between businesses participating in the fair. At the meeting, delegates also contributed opinions related to the following contents: Organizing the opening ceremony, preparing the site, electricity and water for the fair; communication and promotion for the fair; to ensure security, order and traffic safety during the fair days...Speaking at the meeting, Director of An Giang Trade and Investment Promotion Center Le Trung Hieu, Deputy Head of the Fair Organizing Committee, emphasized the importance of this special trade event. 

Thereby, requesting members of the Fair Organizing Committee to strengthen coordination in implementation, speeding up the organization progress according to plan. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring security, order and food safety during the fair; focusing on contact work, creating conditions for the working delegation and Cambodian businesses to participate in the fair.
