An Giang Vocational College focuses on leading the implementation of solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning, meeting many criteria of a high-quality school; building and adjusting 100% of intermediate and college training programs, high-quality training programs according to the method of accumulating modules, credits and university transfer. The rate of students graduating from intermediate level is 81.77%, college level is 96.49%. The rate of students having jobs after graduation is over 80%. In particular, 95% of students of the first course of mechatronics trained according to the standards of the Federal Republic of Germany graduated and had jobs in their major (because 1 student participated in military service). Of which, 4 students continued to study German to go to the Federal Republic of Germany for internship.

In addition, the school also focuses on training cooperation with universities, opening university-level bridging classes in the form of both studying and working; regularly opening short-term classes to improve pedagogical skills, improve vocational education titles, foreign languages, information technology; regular training, elementary level training.
