The delegation included Tong Phuoc Truong, a member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mobilization Department, and Ha Minh Trang, Vice Chairman of An Giang Province's Vietnam Fatherland Front.
