At each site—including Defense Zones 1 and 2, Border Guard Posts at Vinh Xuong and Long Binh International Border Gates, and the Tinh Bien and Khanh Binh Border Gates—Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai commended the efforts of all units in reorganizing and streamlining their internal structures. He emphasized the importance of immediately implementing new missions, reviewing logistics and technical conditions, and ensuring combat readiness. He urged units to align their strategies with directives from higher authorities and remain responsive to all situations.

Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai directed all unit-level Party committees to enhance Party building work, especially political and ideological education, adherence to legal and military discipline, internal order, organizational oversight, and public engagement. He encouraged increased production efforts to sustain the living conditions of officers and soldiers and called for close coordination with local Party committees and authorities to support commune-level military commands in all operational areas.

Local governments in border areas and related sectors were urged to maintain comprehensive coordination in patrolling and tightly controlling border activities, preventing diseases, and combatting crimes—especially smuggling, commercial fraud, illegal immigration, and human trafficking. He stressed the importance of accurate forecasting and flexible responses to situations, along with timely advisories to the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to issue policies and strategies that ensure stability and peace along the border.

Inspecting operations at local administrative centers, Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai listened to reports from Tan Chau and Tinh Bien wards and from the communes of Vinh Xuong, Phu Huu, and Khanh Binh regarding recent political task implementation. He instructed local leadership to continue reviewing organizational structures, assessing personnel, refining work regulations across Party, government, and mass organizations, and adjusting them appropriately to ensure operational efficiency. He also emphasized the need for effective Party building and the successful execution of socio-economic development and national defense-security objectives, as well as thorough preparations for upcoming Party congresses…

To improve the efficiency of public service centers, Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai stressed the need for scientific and user-friendly management that fosters a positive, attentive service environment. He called on civil servants to uphold responsibility and creativity, ensuring convenience in serving the public. Localities were asked to review and adequately allocate facilities and equipment, and to apply information technology and artificial intelligence in public service delivery to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

“In the immediate term, localities must assign personnel to the former commune and ward offices to assist and guide citizens in completing online administrative procedures. For services requiring presence at the new public service centers, citizens must be properly guided to the correct locations.”, Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai directed./.
