At the ceremony, the Prime Minister's Decision on approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term was announced and presented to Mr. Ngo Cong Thuc, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Transport.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee announced and presented the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung was reappointed as Director of An Giang Department of Industry and Trade for a term of 5 years, starting from October 8, 2024; Ms. Nguyen Tam Tuyet Trinh was reappointed as Deputy Director of the Provincial Trade and Investment Promotion Center for a term of 5 years, starting from October 8, 2024.

Handing over the Decision to Mr. Do Van Thom, Deputy Director of An Giang Department of Transport, to resign according to his wishes and enjoy the resignation regime according to the provisions of Decree 46/2010/ND-CP, from November 01, 2024; handing over the Decision to retire Mr. Ly Thanh Tam, representative of 10% of State capital, Deputy General Director of An Giang Construction Joint Stock Company, to retire to enjoy social insurance regime from November 01, 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung congratulated and highly appreciated the moral qualities, qualifications, capacity, and practical work experience of comrade Ngo Cong Thuc.
