Speaking at the closing session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Van Nung proposed: The Provincial People's Committee should promptly institutionalize the resolution into specific regulations, plans and instructions for implementation, so that all levels, sectors, cadres, civil servants, people and businesses, especially those directly affected, can agree and participate in implementing the resolutions.
