According to the plan, on May 19, the An Giang Provincial People's Committee will organize the launching ceremony of the "Digital Literacy for All" campaign and introduce the "Lifelong Learning" support application on the SmartAnGiang platform. The event will commemorate the 135th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2025) and respond to the "Digital Literacy for All" movement initiated by General Secretary To Lam.

The event will be organized in accordance with Plan 01-KH/BCDTW dated March 21, 2025, of the Central Steering Committee for the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to implement the "Digital Literacy for All" movement.
