Tax Base 11 disseminates new Tax Policies, provides support to business households across 10 communes and wards

(AG Provincial E-Portal) -On the morning of March 16, Tax Base 11 (An Giang Province) organized a conference to disseminate and popularize tax legislation policies to individual business operators and business households across the 10 communes and wards under its management, namely: Tinh Bien Ward, Thoi Son Ward, Chi Lang Ward, Nui Cam commune, An Cu commune, Tri Ton commune, Co To commune, O Lam commune, Ba Chuc commune, and Vinh Gia commune.

The content covered for dissemination and implementation included: tax policies governing the declaration and payment obligations of individual business operators and business households, including Government Decree No. 68/2026/ND-CP on tax policies and tax administration for business households and individual business operators; Circular No. 18/2026/ND-CP of the Ministry of Finance on dossiers and procedures for tax administration applicable to business households and individual business operators; Circular No. 152/2025/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance guiding accounting practices for business households and individual business operators; and dissemination of policies on penalties related to tax declaration and payment obligations.

In addition, Tax Base 11 conducted outreach and encouraged bueholds in linking their bank accounts in accordance with Clause 4, Article 13 of Government Decree No. siness households with outstanding tax liabilities to fulfill their tax obligations; coordinated with telecommunications carriers Misa, Viettel, and Vina to assist business households in using electronic invoices; and coordinated with banks to assist business hous168/ND-CP/2026/ND-CP dated March 5, 2026.

Through this conference, individual business operators and business households across the area are better equipped to promptly understand and correctly implement the new tax legislation — particularly following the pivotal abolition of the lump-sum tax regime at the beginning of 2026.

With the determined involvement of the tax authority and the timely informational support of local media outlets, individual business operators and business households across An Giang Province will swiftly overcome difficulties and obstacles, sustain their commercial activities, and fulfill their tax obligations in this new phase.
