Seminar Overview
Delegates at the Seminar

Through the seminar, state management agencies, the business community, and tourism experts had the opportunity to connect, analyze, and evaluate the current situation of An Giang’s tourism; thereby proposing solutions for development in the new phase. Many ideas for new tours and routes were suggested, with particular emphasis on bringing visitors closer to Khmer and Cham cultures, and the unique natural landscape where rivers, mountains, and the sea converge.

MSc. Phan Buu Toan, Standing Vice Rector of Saigon Tourism College, assessed: “An Giang is a province rich in tourism resources, but there are still many limitations that need to be overcome. After the provincial merger, An Giang is the first locality in the Mekong Delta to organize a seminar to reorient tourism development strategy. This is a very necessary and timely step. We hope the seminar will contribute to finding new directions for the province.”
