Highly appreciating the practicality of the candidates' action programs, voters in the communes candidly contributed many heartfelt opinions. Besides civil infrastructure, residents expressed particular concern about fundamental solutions for employment and labor restructuring in areas with large ethnic minority populations. Voters urged the province to be more decisive in attracting investment, supporting agricultural product distribution, and establishing sustainable production linkage chains. Alongside these, issues regarding enhancing public governance capacity, effectively implementing policies for grassroots-level cadres, and strengthening the people's security posture in the border area were also strongly raised. The greatest aspiration of voters is a service-oriented government apparatus that vigorously advances administrative reform to unlock all development resources.
Respectfully receiving the opinions from the grassroots, the candidates affirmed that they would concretize voters' expectations into the most practical action programs. At the same time, they emphasized that regardless of their working positions, the candidates would keep their promises to the people, serving as a solid "bridge" to faithfully convey the thoughts and aspirations of the people to the competent authorities. In the spirit of innovation, the candidates committed to maximizing their supervisory role, enhancing the effectiveness of the People's Council at all levels... All united toward a tenure of decisive action, innovation, and determination to accompany the people in building a sustainably developing and prosperous border homeland./.
