Accordingly, the delegation went to TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company to grasp the situation of workers who have returned to work after the Lunar New Year holiday; the care for employees before Tet, the company's production and business orientation in 2025 and the labor recruitment plan,... Based on the company's situation, the National Assembly delegation will have solutions to accompany the enterprise in its operations and care for workers in the coming time.

Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Lam Thanh Si said that the provincial union will continue to pay attention and make recommendations for better care policies, especially activities to support shift meals and policies for employees in enterprises. The provincial union of labor will work with grassroots unions and company leaders to care for employees and build a harmonious relationship between employees and employers to ensure peace of mind at work. In addition, the union also supports enterprises in providing information on labor recruitment, promoting the company's products, and preferential policies to attract employees to work.

On this occasion, the delegation presented Tet gifts to the company's leaders, and 40 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, worth 1 million VND/gift (including 700,000 VND in cash and 300,000 VND in gifts), funded by the union's financial resources.

The delegation visited the factory and asked about the working situation of workers. TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company currently has nearly 9,000 employees. The number of employees returning to work at the beginning of the year is about 90%. During Tet, the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to 1,313 employees at the company, with a total value of more than 1.2 billion VND.

On the same day, the delegation visited and assessed the situation at An My Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, a company with about 800 employees. At the same time, they presented gifts to 20 union members and employees in difficult circumstances.

This is a new activity advised by the Provincial Federation of Labor to be implemented at the beginning of the year, aiming to encourage businesses to work for employees; encourage the creative working spirit of union members and workers, contributing to the completion of production and business tasks in 2025./.
