Heads of departments and agencies are accountable for their assigned work before the Chairman of the People's Committee.

Within this week, all preparatory tasks must be urgently completed to enable the newly established departments and agencies to commence operations before March 1, ensuring smooth, effective, and efficient operations. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee will conduct inspections on the operations of these newly established departments and agencies. At the same time, efforts should be intensified to enhance state budget revenue collection, accelerate the progress of key projects, particularly the expressway project in the province, expedite discussions with Takeo Province (Kingdom of Cambodia) to upgrade border gates, and strengthen measures to ensure traffic order and safety, reduce congestion, and enhance fire prevention and firefighting safety.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment must urgently ensure a stable supply of construction materials (sand, stone) for key projects as per the conclusions of the People's Committee. The Department of Justice must review and report on the implementation of legal documents under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People's Council and the People's Committee regarding the enforcement of laws, decrees, circulars, etc.
