This year's "BIM Group IRONMAN 70.3 Phu Quoc" event will take place from November 14 to 16. It's a professional sports tourism event with an international scale in the special zone of Phu Quoc, attracting nearly 3,000 athletes participating in all competition categories, including nearly 1,000 international athletes from over 60 countries and territories. The event not only attracts individual athletes but also provides an opportunity for families and loved ones to join in, spreading the spirit of sports and connecting the community.

In addition, this is a mass sports event organized to encourage and motivate people to participate in training and competition, thereby contributing to promoting a healthy physical and mental lifestyle for the community.

At the main event "BIM Group IRONMAN 70.3 Phu Quoc", athletes will compete in a triathlon consisting of 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling, and 21.1 km running. For the side events, the Newborns Runout Vietnam will feature a 3 km charity run; the Sunrise Sprint will include 750 m swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km running; and the Ironkids will be a triathlon for kids, including swimming, cycling, and running.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc emphasized that this is a large-scale sports event with international significance, holding great importance for An Giang province in general and Phu Quoc special zone in particular. After reviewing the report, Vice Chairman Le Van Phuoc highly appreciated the preparation work of the company and the close collaboration with provincial departments and local authorities.
