At the meeting, the leaders of An Giang province briefly informed about the province's socio-economic situation in 2024 and orientations for 2025; at the same time, they listened to and recorded the thoughts, aspirations and contributions of the delegates on the province's management policies and guidelines; and strengthened the connection between the provincial leaders and ethnic minorities and religious dignitaries.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc affirmed that the Party and State always pay attention and have many policies to care for and improve the lives of ethnic minorities and religious dignitaries, creating conditions for ethnic minorities and religious dignitaries to fulfill their true religious aspirations and fulfill their civic duties to the Fatherland; respect and ensure the freedom of religious belief of the people, and ensure all activities are in accordance with the law.

Through that, we hope and believe that religious organizations, dignitaries, and officials of all ethnicities and religions will continue to unite, stay attached to the homeland, accompany the nation, and contribute to building Uncle Ton's homeland to become more and more developed, civilized, prosperous, and beautiful.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Le Van Nung acknowledged and commended the achievements and contributions of ethnic minorities, dignitaries, monks, and followers of religions inside and outside the province who have united with the entire people to strive for the goal of "Rich people, strong country, democracy, equality, civilization" of Vietnam in general and for the development of An Giang in particular.
