The exhibition, organized to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), is being held at the National Exhibition Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi. This is the largest-scale event ever, bringing together 28 ministries, 34 localities, and over 110 enterprises and economic groups across the country. It has become a key highlight, affirming Vietnam’s remarkable development over the past 80 years.

Introducing An Giang’s Potential and Strengths

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, in his opening speech, emphasized that this comprehensive exhibition showcases the achievements of nearly 180 sectors and fields, ranging from industry, agriculture, trade, investment, culture, science and technology, education, healthcare, environment, OCOP products, to defense, security, and foreign affairs. “The exhibition is not only an opportunity to reflect on the nation’s journey but also to ignite aspirations for development, spreading trust and determination as the whole nation advances toward integration and building a prosperous, happy country,” the Prime Minister stressed.

With a 387.5 m² space, An Giang presented the theme “An Giang: One Vision – One Action – One Belief!”, divided into four sections: An Giang – Land and People; Struggles Against Foreign Aggression; An Giang – Innovation, Integration, and Development; and An Giang – Vision for the Future. Notably, An Giang’s delegation included 30 businesses and tourism units—20 in trade, 3 in tourism, and 7 outstanding enterprises—showcasing the full potential and strengths of the province.

Vice Chairman of the An Giang People’s Committee Le Trung Ho said the province actively encouraged businesses to participate, thereby promoting local products, brands, and cooperation opportunities. “Through this exhibition, An Giang enterprises can sign cooperation agreements, boost trade and services, and expand product exports to domestic and international markets,” he shared.

The exhibition also featured many typical An Giang products: dried snakehead fish, dried shrimp; handicrafts made from Uzu mats and sedge grass; OCOP products such as fish sauce, pepper, rice exported to Japan, lingzhi mushrooms, honey, and palm sugar. Alongside these were publications introducing tours and destinations, as well as promotional videos, leaving a strong impression on both domestic and international visitors.

Taking Advantage of Opportunities to Promote Brands.

According to Ms. Quang Xuan Lua, Director of An Giang’s Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, the province and its businesses came to the exhibition with the desire to present unique products, foster cultural exchanges, and expand cooperation with other provinces and cities. “This is not only an opportunity to promote products but also to affirm An Giang’s position in the integration process,” she affirmed.
