This initiative serves as the basis for An Giang to realize the goal of ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Chairman Ho Van Mung emphasized that the "Digital Literacy for All Movement" must be implemented down to residential groups, hamlets, and villages, creating a widespread movement for all citizens to actively engage in digital learning and skill development, contributing to the digital transformation process. He stressed the importance of rapid, comprehensive, and systematic deployment, ensuring integration, scientific approaches, flexibility, creativity, and alignment with local realities to achieve early success. The strong application of digital technology, artificial intelligence, and online learning platforms is identified as a key factor, enabling flexible access for all, particularly vulnerable groups, remote communities, and ethnic minority populations. The movement's success must be measured by the fundamental improvement in digital literacy among citizens, fostering the digital economy, construction of digital government, and a fully digital society,…To achieve the above goals, An Giang province will synchronously deploy many groups of solutions, including: extensive communication and propaganda; popularizing knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for each target group; deploying models and movements to spread digital skills to the community, such as "Digital Family", "Digital Market - Digital Rural Area", "Each Citizen - A Digital Identity" and "Community Digital Technology Group", Youth Campaign to join hands to popularize digital skills.
