(AG Provincial E-Portal) - Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has just signed decision No. 1712/QD-TTg recognizing 33 national treasures (13th batch, 2024).

In particular, An Giang has 02 artifacts recognized as national treasures this time, including: Linh Son Bac Buddha statue head, dating from the 1st - 3rd century and Go Cay Tram jar tomb, dating from the 4th - 5th century; currently kept at the Oc Eo Cultural Relic Management Board, An Giang province.

Thus, up to now, An Giang owns 10 national treasures. In addition to, the two newly recognized national treasures, the eight previously recognized national treasures include: Linh Son Bac Buddha relief, Khanh Binh stone Buddha statue, Giong Xoai wooden Buddha statue, Giong Xoai Brahma statue, Linga - Yoni set, Linh Son Linga - Yoni set, Giong Cat Nandin Ring and Mukhalinga Ba The statue.
