The quality of education was continuously improved, while poverty reduction efforts, policies for beneficiaries, and social security initiatives—particularly those supporting the Khmer ethnic minority community—were effectively and promptly implemented.
Additionally, the Party Committee achieved substantial progress in Party-building efforts in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics. It strictly implemented directives and instructions from the Central Committee, the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Tinh Bien Town Party Committee. The personnel structure of Party organizations and the Executive Committee of the An Phu Ward Party Committee was regularly consolidated and strengthened. Rigorous inspection and supervision were carried out, alongside resolute measures to combat corruption.

He urged the Party Committee to focus on promoting economic development and mobilizing all available resources for socio-economic infrastructure investment, particularly in transportation and urban infrastructure. He also emphasized the need to strengthen planning, construction management, environmental protection, and urban governance while developing modern, professional, and model commercial streets in the locality.

Furthermore, he called for continued efforts in cultural and social development, reinforcing the “All People Unite to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas” movement. Strengthening Party-building efforts and the political system, enhancing the leadership capacity and combativeness of the Party Committee and grassroots branches, and reinforcing the exemplary role of officials and Party members were also highlighted as priorities for achieving the local political objectives for the 2025-2030 term.
Immediately following the congress, Mr. Nguyen Hong Duc, Secretary of the Tinh Bien Town Party Committee, chaired a review session to draw lessons from the congress.
