(AG Provincial E-Portal) - On the afternoon of November 4, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung chaired an extraordinary meeting of the Provincial People's Committee members in November 2024 to approve contents under the decision-making authority of the Provincial People's Committee and report to the Executive Party Commission of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the contents related to 6 submissions presented by departments, branches and sectors, including: Submission to issue a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on canceling the list of projects with land acquisition in 2022 issued together with Resolution 47/NQ-HDND, dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council; Submission to issue a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the list of projects with land acquisition and change of land use purpose for rice cultivation in 2025; Submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to the Provincial People's Committee to adjust and supplement the mining volume of Tien River mine in Tan My commune (Cho Moi district) to serve the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway project phase 1, the section through An Giang province according to the special mechanism permitted by the National Assembly and the Government; Report on promulgating the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the expenditure level for implementing the tasks of the National Program to support enterprises in improving productivity and quality of products and goods in An Giang province in the period of 2024 - 2030; Report on promulgating the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Xuan To Industrial Park (expansion), Tinh Bien town; Report on promulgating the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on regulating the bird's nest farming area in the province.
At the same time, delegates also considered and commented on 5 drafts: Resolution on stipulating the titles and regimes for non-professional employees at the commune, hamlet, and residential area levels and those directly participating in activities in hamlets and residential areas in the province; abolishing Resolution 15/2019/NQ-HDND, dated December 11, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the award of the Badge "For the cause of construction and development of An Giang province"; submission to the Provincial People's Committee on the investment policy and approval of the investor to implement the project "High-tech breeding and meat pig farm by integrating Tinh Bien Thagri circulation" in Ba Den hamlet (An Cu commune, Tinh Bien town); submission to the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the investment policy and approval of the investor to implement the project " High-tech sow and meat pig farm Thagrico An Giang 2 " in O Ta Soc hamlet (Luong Phi commune, Tri Ton district); Detailed allocation of public investment plan for 2025 from local budget sources.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang Province, Ho Van Mung, emphasized that, the provincial departments, branches and sectors, following this meeting, any content that is required to be submitted to the Executive Party Commission of the Provincial People’s Committee or the Provincial Party Standing Committee must be promptly carried out and the dossiers must be completed for submission. However, the content must be based on the working regulations of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Executive Party Commission of the Provincial People’s Committee, and the working regulations of the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, the provincial departments and agencies must closely coordinate to advise the Provincial People's Committee on the content of the submissions and draft documents to ensure quality, strictness and compliance with legal regulations./.
