(AG Provincial E-Portal) - On the morning of March 15, the Information Technology Center of An Giang University – Ho Chi Minh City University of National University organized a training course on digital transformation models in agriculture and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in work and business. The course attracted more than 40 enterprises operating in the agriculture sector in the province.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Dao Thanh Hoang, Deputy President of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of the province; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Business Association, and Associate Professor, Doctor Doan Thanh Nghi, Head of the Information Technology Department, Director of the Information Technology Center, An Giang University.



The training course covered several topics, including: Training on digital transformation models in agriculture, introducing the digital transformation model of Thai Minh Nguyen Trading and Service Company; Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in work and business; Digital transformation solutions for enterprises in the agricultural sector.

The goal of the training course was to provide small and medium-sized enterprises, production and business establishments, and cooperatives in the province with access to appropriate digital transformation models in agriculture. Additionally, the course aimed to help enterprises understand and effectively apply AI tools in their production and business practices, improving operational efficiency and promoting sustainable development in the digital era.



The training program was organized by the research team in collaboration with the Information Technology Center of An Giang University to enhance the capacity of the agricultural workforce and enterprises./.
