Participating in the camp were nearly 6,500 students from An Giang University, 350 students from Pedagogical Practice High School and union members from sister units.(Long Xuyen Youth Union, Provincial Police Youth Board, Chau Thanh District Youth Union, Brigade 962, Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Union, An Giang Transport Vocational Education Center, Mobifone An Giang) and Indonesian student of Andalas University.
