In 2024, the high school graduation exam will be administered at 46 exam locations in An Giang province. The province is home to over 935 exam rooms, and more than 20,400 candidates have registered to take the exam. Consequently, the exam season support program is being conducted by nearly 2,000 volunteers from 46 schools, communes, wards, and towns. The 2024 "Supporting the Exam Season" program is structured into four specialized teams: the "Candidate support team," the "Information-consulting team," the "Quick response team," and the "media team."
Since the final days of May, the program has been in the process of being prepared. The most favorable conditions for exam candidates have been ensured by volunteers who have assisted in the cleaning of schools and classrooms, surveyed restaurants and motels in the vicinity of the test site, and mobilized resources for the program, including drinking water, rice, cakes, and learning tools.
This year's exam season support program commemorates the 25th anniversary of the Central Youth Union's "Volunteer Summer" campaign, a proud journey of the province's youth in volunteering for community life in particular and the country in general.
On this occasion, the An Giang Provincial Youth Union initiated the 3rd "Volunteer Memories" Writing Contest in 2024 and the 2nd "Moment of Youth" Video Clip Creation Contest in 2024. These contests are dedicated to the activities that occurred during the summer of the "Volunteer Summer" campaign, which included the 2024 "Supporting the Exam Season" program. The School Student Association of An Giang University has implemented the "Here's what you need" section and the "Exam season consulting" Chatbot to assist candidates who are preparing for the 2024 high school graduation exam in feeling confident in all aspects, particularly psychologically, prior to the exam.
