Solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of the construction of the Niem Su Tu. Niem Su Tu in Phu Tan district was built at a total cost of over 700 million VND , from contributions of philanthropists and the attention and dedication of the district leaders. In particular, the project was honored to receive the statue of Mr. Chu Van An presented by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, Le Van Nung, for generations of teachers and former students to come and burn incense and pay their gratitude.

Phu Tan is the last locality in the province to complete the construction of the Niem Su Tu - a cultural project that demonstrates the spirit of "respecting teachers and valuing education" of the Vietnamese people.
