Provincial People's Committee Chairman Ho Van Mung and the working delegation conducted an on-site inspection and comprehensive review of the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Ba Chuc Multi-Level Boarding Primary and Secondary School. The inspection covered the preparedness of the event program, site layout, technical infrastructure, environmental sanitation and landscaping, public order and security, among other aspects.

To date, the preparation of plans for organizing the ceremony has been essentially completed and is ready for implementation. The construction contractors, consultants, and local authorities have been proactively coordinating to carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the established plan, ensuring both schedule and requirements are met.

At the inspection, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Ho Van Mung emphasized that the simultaneous groundbreaking ceremonies for multi-level boarding schools at border communes not only mark a significant milestone in educational infrastructure development but also reflect the province's special attention to border areas and ethnic minority communities. The chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments, agencies, and local authorities continue to review and finalize the event program; that protocol, reception arrangements, public order and security, delegate reception, transportation logistics, media, and publicity must all be prepared thoroughly, solemnly, and safely.

Tomorrow (March 19), in concert with the rest of the country, An Giang Province will simultaneously break ground on 3 projects for Multi-Level Boarding Primary and Secondary Schools in 3 communes: Ba Chuc, Vinh Dieu, and Vinh Xuong. This is the second round of groundbreakings, continuing the implementation of a policy of profound political, social, and humanitarian significance, reflecting the special care of the Party and the State for students in border areas.
