The district has deployed software in management work such as accounting software, software for managing civil servants and public employees, software for managing directive documents with integrated digital signatures. 100% of agencies, People's Committees of 15 communes and townlets have used the interconnected document management system. Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of Information and Communication Department, Nguyen Thanh Hai, requested the People's Committee of Tri Ton district to continue to effectively implement e-government and pay attention to inspecting and guiding units in implementing the targets that have not been achieved. The one-stop shop needs to strengthen the implementation of receiving and returning 100% of records online; Paying attention to guiding members of the community digital technology team who are union members and students because it is a young force, often uses smartphones, has easy access to technology and can easily support family members in online transactions.
Regarding ensuring network information security, agencies and units, especially one-stop-shop department, must use copyrighted application software, ensure regulations on information security and safety... to avoid information leakage; review computer equipment systems to ensure configurations that meet digital transformation requirements, and at the same time to build information security level profiles.
