Chau Doc received and worked with the provincial inspection Delegation on digital transformation and ensuring network information security in state agencies in the city

(AG Provincial E-Portal) - On September 24, the working Delegation of the Information and Communication Department led by their Deputy Director named Tran Trung Hieu had a working session with the People's Committee of Chau Doc city on the inspection of the implementation of digital transformation and ensuring network information security in state agencies in Chau Doc city in 2024. Receiving and working with the Delegation was Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Chau Doc city named Tran Quoc Tuan.

Accordingly, the Delegation realistically  inspected the City One-Stop Department and Chau Phu A Ward on the implementation of digital transformation in handling administrative procedures and ensuring network  information  security for computers equipped at the One-Stop Department.

In 2024, digital transformation in Chau Doc city has continued  to be vigorously implemented, and the administrative procedure settlement information system has been maintained in stable operation. As of August 30, 2024, the city's online public service portal provided  a total of 539 services. Of which, level 3 was 119 services; level 4 was 154 services. Total number of partially and fully received online records were  17,995 records, reaching 95%. Of which, partially received online records were  8,845 records, reaching 47%, fully ones  were  9,150 records, reaching 48%. The rate of  received ,  updated, and processed records on the electronic one-stop software was 18,361 records, reaching 95.75%. Receiving and returning results  via public postal service was  10,692 records.

100% of civil servants, public employees, and workers in state agencies have been propagandized and updated with information safety and security knowledge. 100% of schools in the city have fully deployed synchronous solutions of the vnEdu 4.0 smart education ecosystem such as smart classrooms, smart student cards, vnEdu electronic contact books, VNPT KidZon student positioning, etc. The city has also effectively implemented models of Community Digital Technology Teams, Cashless Payment Routes, etc.

At the working session, the Inspection Team had some opinions on the work of ensuring network information security, requiring the installation of copyrighted software, anti-virus and anti-malware, etc., raising awareness of each cadre and civil servant and ensuring information system security at all levels. Strengthening communication about the community digital technology campaign with the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding people to use services and applications to develop the digital economy". Strengthening communication work, raising awareness and digital skills, increasing interaction with people and businesses to build the city's administration to be increasingly professional and modern, towards e-government, digital government./.
