Also attending were Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong; leaders of departments and agencies; the investor; and contractors.

The delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the construction progress of several projects, including the Bai Dat Do mixed-use urban area; the APEC Conference Center; and the DT.975 provincial road project. They also received a detailed report on the implementation status of Phase 1 of the Urban Metro Line Project.

At the inspection sites, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung requested that departments and agencies coordinate with investors to develop a plan to ensure progress; prepare a construction plan before and during the upcoming rainy season; and carry out construction, land clearance, and disbursement of public investment capital simultaneously according to specific timelines to accelerate progress and avoid legal obstacles.

Regarding the APEC Conference Center project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate the preparation of documents and procedures for the operation and auctioning of facilities and components after the completion of the APEC 2027 Summit, based on a balance between the interests of the State and businesses, avoiding revenue loss and waste.

The APEC Human Resources Training Subcommittee must coordinate with investors to implement a plan for training and developing human resources to serve the APEC Summit 2027./.
