From the date of issuance of the Plan to December 31, 2025 (about 10 months), the total reserve amount is expected to be more than 4,735 billion VND, an increase of over 3.79% compared to the registration in 2024 (in 2024, the registered reserve was 4,562 billion VND). Of which, the group of foods, foodstuffs, consumer goods, cosmetics, etc. is 1,187 billion VND; gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas is 3,548 billion VND.

As for the stores registered to participate in the market stabilization program, there are 452 stores registered to participate in the stabilization program, located throughout the province. Of these, there are 96 food and grocery stores; 356 gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas stores, an increase of more than 1.8% compared to 2024.

It is expected that from now until the end of the year, there will be many activities related to market stabilization such as organizing activities to connect product consumption between manufacturers, processors with domestic and foreign businesses and distributors; Organizing "Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday 2025"; Organizing an online shopping promotion week to celebrate Christmas - New Year 2025; Organizing domestic market development activities associated with the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" with 40 shipments of Vietnamese goods to rural areas in districts, towns, cities and 01 Vietnamese goods market in An Phu district...

Businesses, shopping malls, supermarkets, enterprises, production and business establishments in the province will be supported and facilitated to organize promotional programs such as discounts, gifts, lucky draws, etc.

In addition, propaganda activities will be deployed to provide full and timely information on the market, prices, and market stabilization activities in a variety of forms through the media, electronic information portals at all levels, etc.; Plans for regulating goods when the market fluctuates, in case of a shortage of goods for local people, businesses can transfer goods from other local supermarkets and convenience stores in the same system to support the supply, ensuring good service for the essential needs of people when needed. At the same time, depending on the actual situation, motorbikes or specialized vehicles will be arranged to supply goods. When needed, companies use trucks to transport food to the collection point for direct distribution to people. In case trucks cannot reach the area, motorbikes will be used for transportation.

In addition to preparing goods at stable prices, in the fourth quarter, we will arrange and set up sales areas for Tet, Spring flower markets, etc. in the province, ensuring savings and efficiency; Coordinate with market management units to propagate and request business households in the market to arrange goods neatly and tidily, avoid the situation where stalls encroach on common walkways, causing obstruction and loss of beauty and civility of the market; strengthen the work of ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety, security and order, environmental sanitation inside and outside the market area; strictly prohibit the burning of incense and votive paper at stalls; arrange security forces on duty 24/7, promptly detect and take measures to handle when bad situations occur.

Along with the work of regulating and preparing goods, the Department of Industry and Trade also organizes monitoring, inspection and supervision of market developments, supply and demand of goods, especially essential goods to serve people's shopping needs to proactively have plans or timely proposals to the Provincial People's Committee, relevant ministries and branches to deploy timely response measures to stabilize the market when necessary; take measures to control and prevent smuggling and trade fraud; inspect agricultural supplies, medicines for human disease prevention and treatment and functional foods; inspect the production, storage, transportation and trading of fireworks,... control violations of the law on prices, product quality, acts of speculation, hoarding, illegal price increases in the province./.
