Trade and services continue to grow steadily, total retail sales of goods increased by 20.3%; Food service and accommodation revenue increased nearly 40% over the same period; Industrial and handicraft production achieved important results. State budget revenue reached 92.5% of the province's estimation. Key works and projects are accelerated. The cultural and social field has achieved many remarkable results; The situation of security, order and social safety are guaranteed.
