According to Mr. Huynh Van Thon, Chairman of Loc Troi Group, the Mini Expo is a platform to showcase products and demonstrate the group’s capacity to organize and implement a closed, sustainable agricultural value chain. It highlights activities and solutions from laboratory research to tangible products, from scientific studies to practical applications in cultivation, harvesting, production, and processing. It also affirms Loc Troi’s strong commitment to pioneering the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development and innovation in agriculture.

Mini Expo 2025 takes place from October 28 to 30, gathering nearly 1,000 guests representing government agencies, departments, scientists, community agricultural extension officers, and domestic and international partners. The event recreates Loc Troi Group’s agricultural ecosystem through seven specialized demonstration farms, covering the entire value chain: from research and breeding of crop varieties; fertilizer, nutrition, and plant protection product packages with organic and biological cultivation solutions; to high-quality commercial rice products.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quoc Thanh, Director of the National Agricultural Extension Center, speaking at the workshop

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quoc Thanh, Director of the National Agricultural Extension Center, and Le Huu Toan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang, highly appreciated the thematic workshop on sustainable rice cultivation and emission reduction, as well as the collaborative program between grassroots agricultural extension forces and Loc Troi’s technical team. This contributes to building raw material areas under the 1-million-hectare high-quality rice project linked to low emissions – aiming for Net Zero by 2050.

This is a pioneering step by Loc Troi in ensuring national food security, supporting farmers, and elevating Vietnamese rice on the global stage.
